Brief DescriptionCYM 50769 is a neuropeptide W/B receptor 1 (NPBWR1, GPR7) antagonist(IC50 = 0.12 μM).
-
DescriptionCYM 50769 is a neuropeptide W/B receptor 1 (NPBWR1, GPR7) antagonist(IC50 = 0.12 μM). CYM 50769 inhibited NPW activation of NPBWR1 with a submicromolar IC50, and displayed high selectivity against a broad array of off-targets with pharmaceutical relevance.
